At Raul E® New York, we stand behind our products. If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. Please see our Return Policy below for details.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. To initiate a return, please email us at info@raulenewyork.com with your order details.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on raulenewyork.com. For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund from the time we receive your return.
Exchanges: Exchange shipping is free. If you would prefer another size or style, please email us at info@raulenewyork.com for details on returning your item and placing a new order. We are happy to help you find the right fit.
Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Items listed as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Instances of abuse of the Raul E® New York Return Policy.
The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Raul E® New York.
