We can guarantee we will do whatever it takes to get your package to you and hope to keep you updated. We’re partnering with our carriers to ensure accurate timelines and crossings.

 

 

* Info based on orders placed within the Continental United States and for items being shipped from USA warehouse.

Information based on orders placed by 10 am ET Monday through Friday

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 4-10 business days via USPS.  Raul E ® New York provides shipping from USA warehouses as well as from our warehouses in  EU, UK, China, and the shipping prices and delivery time will change based on the location and availability. 

 

** Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

 

*** International delivery is not available for international P.O. boxes. If your country isn't listed on our drop-down country box, we're currently unable to ship there.

 

Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next-Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival.

For online orders, just click on the link in your confirmation email. Some tracking is now available for international delivery.

 

SALES TAX

Taxes are based on the order's "Ship To" address.

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Raul E ® New York is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

 

A) We ship from our warehouses in the USA, Croatia, EU, and China, and the shipping cost is Free with restrictions:

*)   FREE options are available for standard shipping time for Croatia and Europe where your destination is close to  Croatia (2-7 days).

*)  Free options are available for standard shipping time for the USA from Croatia, and China  (14-21 days).
